The Harley Street 109 ENT Clinic required a complete end to end marketing strategy to re-brand and focus their clinic's online position. Their marketing framework required a new strategy to drive an increase in footfall to the clinic. Through signing up to our CIMS strategic partnership package the clinic established a much improved online presence, increasing their online and telephone enquiries.

What We Did

We conducted a complete tailor made site rebuild, with specific focus on highlighting the clinic as ENT specialists in Harley Street. Content was custom made by our own in-house Chits content-writers. This ensured professional healthcare content was produced via regular blog posts and SEO checked to improve Google rankings.

In addition to this, social media accounts were made and regular targeted posts produced to improve branding and increase enquiries. Posts focussed on the most cutting edge and recent news related to the ENT field of study.

A GMB listing was also created for the page to further authenticate its online presence. Through our specialised Chits SEO strategy and during a time of multiple Google Algorithm changes, we achieved a distinct increase on online site traffic (2,688 in Jan-17 compared to 8260 in Jan-20).
